I decided that I'm going to try and revive my deviant art account. I've been really busy since school started up again. I'll post more pictures after I'm done with final tests in my classes. I got some prisma color pencils, which I absolutely love! I've come to the fact that I'm just not good at doing any digital work so I'm going to sticking with the traditional stuff. This is my first time using prisma colored pencils, they blend nicely. But for my next picture I'll have to shade a little darker for the skin because it comes out light on my scanner. Hope you like
wow! i love the colors! and the shading is excellent; nice to see some colored work from you. Also, i like her hair and the folds of the scarf/wrap.

No, Elijah, you can't tig on a tog, you can't tag on a tig, you have to do an elephant impression if you're gonna tig Billy. If Billy's gonna tig you back you have to get on your knees and pull your trousers down. ~Dominic Monaghan
Nice to see your work back up, I love that dress. The color is just wonderful and your shading like the person said above is just great.
Excelent job deary.
Thanks! Yeah, I figured that since my CGing skills are dreadful that I should just use traditional colored pencils instead. I'm not really sure what she is holding, but scarf?wrap will do fine
Its good to be back! Since I won't hav art for my second semester in school I thought that this will be my only art option. Anyways thanks so much for the shading comment
yay, you're back! i missed your pretty arts in my inbox. D:
this is gorgeous though! you definitely use those prismas to their fullest potential. your color choices are awesome, too! love the combo of pink and gold with green.. nice! great work, as per usual!
glad to have you back.

we've crossed the point of no return . . .
I missed your art too! Your so talented at using photoshop! (or which ever program you use) XD Many thanks Whats funny is that at first I was going to use a different color combination. When I bought the prismas they don't com sharpened so I when I went to shapen them I only sharpened these colors. My pencil sharpener got over heated and I was short on time (studying for finals >< so I decided that I wasn't going to wait to shapen the rest. I'm happy that the colors went so well together But thanks anyways!

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board.
